Vector relies on a direct data connection with your company’s systems to retrieve appointment information. Occasionally, appointments may not appear in Vector due to delays in data transfer or errors in the system. This may happen when the appointment was newly created and hasn’t yet been synchronized with Vector. To resolve this issue, users can manually create appointments within the Vector platform. Follow these steps to address the issue.
Before you start
1. Verify appointment details: Check your internal system to ensure the appointment exists and is scheduled for today.
2. If the data hasn’t transferred to Vector, send an email to both the Vector Support team (support@withvector.com) and your facility's IT department to investigate the delay or issue.
Manually create an appointment
1. Navigate to the “Appointments” section within the Vector platform.
2. Click on “Add Carrier Appointment.”
3. Fill in as many details as possible, ensuring you include the following mandatory fields:

- Appointment Number
- Facility
- Appointment Type
- Origin
- Destination
- Start Time
- End Time

4. Once complete, click “Save” to finalize the appointment creation.
