Sometimes, drivers don’t get their spot notification because they are away from their handheld device or experiencing service issues. Here are some ways to notify the driver in these cases.
Use the “Conversation” feature to message the driver their spot / yard assignment instead.
If your facility uses the “Notify Driver” function, ensure that box is checked to ping the driver with their spot assignment.
Click on the icon next to the driver’s name in the “Details” section on the right side of your screen. This will show you the phone number on file for that driver, so you can call them as a last resort.
