If you need to update or correct a driver’s check-in information, Vector allows you to make these changes easily. By accessing the driver’s workflow section, you can modify incorrect details within the check-in and ensure that your records remain accurate. Follow the steps below and reference the corresponding numbers on the image to correct any errors in the driver’s check-in information and save the updated details in the system.
1. Go to the driver’s workflow section in the web app.
2. Click on the workflow that needs to be changed.
3. Click on the “Tasks” tab in the panel that pops up to the right.
4. In the shipment details section, change the information that was entered incorrectly. Note that your setup may look slightly different - you may instead see a task called "Check-In Details" that you can click into and directly edit.
5. Click the “SAVE” button.
