Occasionally you may need to cancel a workflow so the driver can start over. Note that canceling a workflow is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
1. From the Vector Mobile App, locate the driver workflow you wish to cancel.
2. Tap the driver's current workflow, then the orange caret icon and select "Cancel Workflow."
3. Confirm the cancelation by tapping "Yes."
4. Instruct the driver to begin their check in again.
