Checking in a driver through the web app is a quick and straightforward process, designed to assist drivers who are unable to complete the Vector process on their own. By manually checking in the driver, you ensure their details are accurately recorded and that the driver can continue their process in Vector.
1. Click on the appointment you want to check the driver against in the “Appointments” section. You can also use the search bar at the top of the screen to look up the appointment or PO number.
2. In the detailed info area, click “Check in Driver”
3. Input required check in details.
NOTE: The check in task will not be marked as completed until all required fields are filled out. Fields may vary across facilities.
4. Click “SAVE”.
The driver’s information will be reflected in the appointment and will now appear in your Workflow section.
