If a load is not moving from one Vector view to the next (e.g., from Pre-Check to Arrived, from Arrived to Delivered), this usually means that a driver or a facility staff member skipped a step. Here are some troubleshooting tips to figure out what information is missing.
Check if a driver is missing check-in information
1. Click on “Tasks”.
2. Ensure all required check-in information is entered and saved either by the driver or the facility staff member responsible for collecting the information.
3. Fill out any missing information and click “Next” or “Save” to complete the check-in. In the below example, the trailer number was missing. Staff would need to enter the trailer number and click next to complete the task and progress this driver into the next view.
Check if a driver has location enabled
A driver may have had their location disabled if they’re having trouble with their SMS / Mobile Web check-in. This will prevent them from arriving at your facility in Vector and completing check-in.
1. Click on “Activity”.
2. Look for orange text indicating the driver’s location in relation to the facility. If there is no orange text, the driver has location disabled and cannot complete their check-in.
NOTE: See this guide for instructing drivers on how to enable their location correctly.
Check for incomplete tasks in the web app
1. Click on “Tasks”.
2. Ensure all tasks have a green check indicating they’re complete. If a green check is missing, click on that task and complete it.
