Admins will have full access to an “Account and Settings” tab in the web app, where personal, company, and technical settings can be updated. Here is an overview of those settings and their functionality.
Personal
Edit your first and last name tied to your account.
Company Settings
General: Edit your company address, logo, phone number, and accounting email. If you need to edit your company name, please reach out to support@withvector.com.
Preferences: Enable or disable auto greyscale for documents, or admin notifications for new document uploads or driver signups.
Departments: Add departments here to enable a dropdown functionality for the “Department” field on user profiles.
Positions: Add positions here to enable a dropdown functionality for the “Position” field on user profiles.
FTP: Please reach out to your Implementation Manager for any questions about implementing this feature.
NOTE: Those with Manager access will only be able to update Personal settings. If you need more access, please have an Admin on your account upgrade your role within the web app.
