Admins are able to edit details for users of all roles in their “Users” tab within the web app.
1. Click the “Users” section on the left hand menu in the Vector web app.
2. Search for the user you would like to update by using the filters menu. You can click into each filter and search by first and last name, phone number, email, as well as ID to narrow results.
3. Once found, click the user to open up their profile, which will pop open from the right side.
4. From here, you can scroll down and edit any open fields for the user, including their Role, Division, ID, login credentials, password, home facility, and more.
5. Be sure to click “SAVE” when done.
