Adding new users to the platform is an essential task to ensure proper access and functionality for your team.
Inviting a single user
For single users, you can create invites directly through the platform by entering their details, while for multiple users, you can use a bulk import process by uploading a pre-filled template. Follow the steps below to successfully add new users to the platform:
1. Verify you have to correct permissions to add users (you must be an Admin).
2. Go to the "Invites" tab on the left-hand side navigation menu.
3. Click on Create Invite.
4. Enter the required details for the new user and assign them a user role.
Bulk user invitations
1. Verify you have to correct permissions to add users.
2. Go to the "Invites" tab on the left-hand side navigation menu.
3. Click on "Import".
4. Click on "Download Template" and fill it with users.
5. Upload the csv file and click "Save".
