Save Global vs Personal Views

When you are using filters, you can save a specific view to be able to use it again later. You have the option of saving it as  ‘Global’ or ‘Personal’ depending on if you want others to be able to use it too. 

• Start by selecting which filters you want

• Then select the carat

• Click ‘Save As’

• Then chose to make your view either Personal (only you can use it) or Global (anyone in your company can use your saved view)

• Click SAVE

• Now anyone can use the saved filter view by finding it by clicking the carat next to ‘Documents’
