Save time by using Vector’s Mobile App check-in for your pickup or delivery. Unlock the ability to message facility staff if you have any questions during your facility visit.
NOTE: If you are unable to start your check in workflow, find a facility staff member to assist.
1. Open your Vector Mobile app, then click Workflows from your menu. Tap on the orange plus button in the bottom right corner to start a new workflow.
2. Tap on the facility you’re checking into, then “Next”.
3. Enter your load number, then tap the orange button prompting you to “Continue” or “Start Check-in”.
NOTE: You may see a screen asking if you have an appointment, and to search for your appointment, before reaching this screen.
4. Tap into each of the tasks in your “Required Tasks” section to complete them.
NOTE: Required tasks have an orange pencil icon and are required to complete. Optional tasks have a blue pencil icon and are optional to complete.
At any point, you can:
- Click the orange circle button in the bottom right corner to exit the workflow.
- Tap “Chat With Office” at the top right of the screen to send facility staff a message.
- Tap “Facility Map / Check-in Details” at the top left of the screen to view a map of the facility and your appointment information.
5. Tap “Enter Check-in Details”. Fill out all required fields, then click “Done” or “Continue” to submit your check-in information to the facility.
You will know when the task is successfully completed when it moves from “Required Tasks” to “Completed Tasks”.
6. Tap “Continue” to proceed into the facility and view your yard assignments.
NOTE: Some facilities have an entry “Gate Pass”. If you are given a “Gate Pass,” show it to the guard to enter the facility. If the gate is guard-less, scan the QR code / barcode on your “Gate Pass” to enter the facility.
7. Tap “Continue” once your “Gate Pass” has been approved or scanned.
8. Tap on your yard assignment instructions once available. These instructions will be grayed out until the facility has a door prepared for you. You’ll know when your yard assignment is ready when you get a phone notification and the orange pencil icon appears next to the task in the Vector Mobile App.
9. If there’s a toggle present, toggle it to unlock the orange “Done” or “Continue” button at the bottom of the screen. Tap that orange “Done” or “Continue” button to proceed.
10. When unloading / loading is complete, tap “Ready to Exit” or the orange exit button at the top of your screen.
NOTE: Some facilities have an exit “Gate Pass”. If you are given a “Gate Pass”, show it to the guard to exit the facility. If the gate is guard-less, scan the QR code / barcode on your “Gate Pass” to exit the facility.
11. Tap “Continue” after showing the gate pass to the guard / scanner to exit the facility and complete your visit.
