If an update has been made to your account, you may be asked to reset your mobile app so that the changes can take effect. Here are the steps for how you can reset your application data.
1. Launch the Vector mobile app and tap the three lines in the upper left corner of the screen.
2. Select “Account & Settings” at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap “Reset Application Data.”
4. Select “Delete.” Once processed, you will be brought back to the home screen on your app.
NOTE: This will not delete any paperwork or progress on any workloads.
