Vector has built-in robust filtering and sorting tools in the web app that allow you to quickly access and process the documents and workflows you need. The steps below detail how to use these filters, pair down data, and even export for your own use.
1. Various tabs on the left menu will have the filter and export functionalities. First, click on the menu tab you wish to source data and/or a report from.
2. Use the filtering tool to pair down your data. You can sort using a large selection of filters, from location, to appointment number, to custom fields you’ve added to your workflow.
3. Once you have applied all of the relevant filters, click the “Export” button in the upper right corner of the web app.
4. From there, you will see a CSV file added to your downloads progress bar or folder. Click on the file to open your custom generated report.
NOTE: To easily access this data and pre-filled filters in the future, you can also create a custom personal or global view by following steps here.
