Vector Analytics Dashboard

The Vector Analytics Dashboard is a one-stop-shop resource for you to access historical data. We are able to create custom analytics pages and dashboards based on any information that is being imputed into Vector. 

1. To start, click the “Analytics” tab in your web app.

2. Use the filters up top to select what date range you would like to see, as well as from what facility. To drill into specific stats, please hover your mouse cursor over the chart.

See below for examples of how some of our customers have utilized the power of our customizable analytics dashboards.

Customer A gets charged more for loads moved over the weekend, so they wanted to understand exactly how many loads per weekend they ship and receive. The Vector Team created a custom chart to highlight the number of inbounds vs outbounds on Fridays-Sundays.

Customer B wants to understand driver dwell times to help fight detention claims. The Vector Team created a custom chart to highlight: 

1) Avg Arrival to Assignment (how long does it take for drivers to get a door?) 

2) Avg Assignment to PGIed (how long does it take drivers to get loaded?)

3) Avg Arrival to PGI (what is the overall average wait / dwell time for a driver at my facility?)
