If you have purchased Vector's TMS-Integrated app add-on, then your drivers will be able to view and upload paperwork against their trip information in the Vector Mobile app.
Please note: A driver profile must be linked in order for the driver to view their trips. If the driver has not yet been linked, follow the steps here to link them.
In this article, we will show you how to change a trip's status in the Vector Web Portal. Changes made on the Vector Web Portal will also reflect on the driver's mobile app.
How to Change a Trip's Status
1. Navigate to the Trips tab
2. Click FILTER
3. Then, click Sales Order
4. In the Sales Order filter, search and select trip number.
5. Then, select the trip.
6. Within the trip details, you will see a section for Status under Trip. You can edit the trip status here.
7. Click SAVE on the bottom right to save changes.
