In Google Chrome Inspector, you can export Network errors that will expedite Vector Support's investigation. Here is how to access dev tools in Google Chrome:
- Open the Vector login page (https://app.withvector.com/sign-in) in Google Chrome.

Right click anywhere on the Chrome webpage and select "Inspect"
Navigating to the Network Tab
- Open the Network Tab (red box in the screenshot)

Attempt to reproduce the issue you've reported to Vector Support
NOTE: It is important to open the Network Tab before attempting to reproduce the issue. The resulting errors are what is exported in the next step.
- Export the "HAR" file (indicated by the red arrow in the screenshot)
- Send the exported file in a response to Vector Support
