Yard Audit refers to the process of verifying current trailer locations and adding or removing trailers from your inventory as needed within Vector.
1. From the Vector Mobile App, click the hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines) in the top left corner then select “Yard Audits” from the menu on the left.
2. From the “Yard Audits” screen, click the orange plus ('+') sign in the bottom right corner to start a new Yard Audit.
3. Click into a group to audit the spots in that area.
4. Tap a spot and verify if the physical and digital spot status and/or trailer number matches.
5. If the digital and physical spot match, click “Verified” in the bottom left corner. The dot to the left of the spot name will turn green once verified.
